    內(nei)圓(yuan)磨床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)進(jin)給(gei)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)控(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術針對工(gong)件內(nei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)磨削的(de)特殊(shu)性,需(xu)(xu)解決(jue)小直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)、深(shen)(shen)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)加工(gong)的(de)精度(du)(du)與剛(gang)性問(wen)題。內(nei)圓(yuan)磨床(chuang)(chuang)加工(gong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承內(nei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、液(ye)壓(ya)閥孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)等零件(孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing) φ10-200mm,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen) 50-500mm)時,砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)需(xu)(xu)伸入工(gong)件孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內(nei)進(jin)行磨削,因此砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)較(jiao)小(通常為孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing)的(de) 1/3-1/2),剛(gang)性較(jiao)差(cha)(cha),易(yi)產(chan)生振(zhen)動(dong)。為提升剛(gang)性,砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)采用 “高頻電主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)” 結構(轉(zhuan)速 10000-30000r/min),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)徑(jing)與孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)比控(kong)制(zhi)在 1:5 以內(nei)(如孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing) φ50mm 時,砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing) φ16mm,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)≤80mm),同時配備(bei)動(dong)靜壓(ya)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承,徑(jing)向剛(gang)度(du)(du)≥50N/μm。進(jin)給(gei)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)控(kong)制(zhi)方面,X 軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(徑(jing)向進(jin)給(gei))負(fu)責控(kong)制(zhi)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)切入深(shen)(shen)度(du)(du),定位精度(du)(du)需(xu)(xu)達到 ±0.0005mm,以保(bao)證(zheng)內(nei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)公(gong)(gong)差(cha)(cha)(如 H7 級公(gong)(gong)差(cha)(cha),φ50H7 的(de)公(gong)(gong)差(cha)(cha)范(fan)圍為 0-0.025mm);Z 軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向進(jin)給(gei))控(kong)制(zhi)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)沿孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)方向移(yi)動(dong),需(xu)(xu)保(bao)證(zheng)運(yun)動(dong)平穩性,避免因振(zhen)動(dong)導致內(nei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)圓(yuan)柱度(du)(du)超差(cha)(cha)。在加工(gong) φ50mm、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen) 80mm 的(de) 40Cr 鋼液(ye)壓(ya)閥孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)時,砂(sha)(sha)(sha)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)轉(zhuan)速 20000r/min,X 軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)每次進(jin)給(gei) 0.002mm,Z 軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)移(yi)動(dong)速度(du)(du) 1m/min,經過 5 次磨削循(xun)環后,內(nei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)圓(yuan)度(du)(du)誤差(cha)(cha)≤0.0008mm,圓(yuan)柱度(du)(du)誤差(cha)(cha)≤0.0015mm,表面粗(cu)糙度(du)(du) Ra0.4μm,滿足液(ye)壓(ya)系統的(de)密封要求。揚州磨床(chuang)(chuang)運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)維(wei)修
